Marinas Joshi Lawyers (MarJo Law) and GSMH Law have agreed to collaborate in making Australian Migration Services accessible in the Philippines.
The named partners of MarJo Law, Dr. Reyvi Mariñas and Bibhusan Joshi, are both Australian legal practitioners accredited to perform immigration and citizenship work by the Department of Home Affairs of the Australian Government. Collectively, they have more than 40 years of experience in assisting individuals, families and companies with all type of visa applications and acquisition of Australian citizenship – a field of law that constantly evolves and where rules often change.
The physical offices of MarJo Law x GSMH Law in the Philippines will launch soon.

ASEAN Legal Alliance Conference 2022: Rising up to the Challenges of the New Normal through Interconnectivity and Interdependence

Representing the Philippines in the conference is De Guzman San Diego Mejia & Hernandez Law Offices’ Senior Partners, Atty. Jose Emmanuel Hernandez and Atty. Rodolfo San Diego, and Senior Associate, Atty. John Robert Eleccion. 

The conference dealt with very timely topics in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic such as:  (a) food security and sustainable agricultural practices; (b) digital transformation and migration; (c) environmental and social governance; (d) data security and protection; and (e) sustainable philanthropy.

Through the conference, the ASEAN Legal Alliance aims to assist and provide its members, business owners, entrepreneurs, legal professionals, and other stakeholders, some guidelines and new opportunities borne out of common experiences and sustainable practices geared towards successfully surpassing the COVID-19 pandemic and fully embracing the concept of new normal.
