Mr. Manalo obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Psychology, Major in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University - Manila. He also earned his Juris Doctor degree in the same institution in 2020. He took the 2020/2021 Philippine Bar Examinations and passed with Exemplary Performance.
In law school, Mr. Manalo has been an active member of the Lasallian Commission on Bar Operations and has served as its Director for Human Resources during his Junior year.
He was a Legal Intern at the Office of the Solicitor General. He also worked as a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant for several corporations and institutions.
